Improving a smile sometimes involves changing the gums as well as the teeth. In this case, it was identified with digital dentistry that not only were the teeth crowded, misaligned and did not have the right shape, the GUMS were causing the appearance of short teeth in the front. After performing the gum lift in combination with cosmetic dentistry, the teeth now all look uniform in height and the smile has been improved significantly.
