Dr. Kim Phung

Dr. Kim Phung believes in inspiring people and is driven by his purpose of helping people to relieve their pain as well as providing excellent oral health care.

He has a gentle, caring approach and is very much at ease looking after nervous and anxious patients. Dr Phung provides meticulous and high quality dental care, with a focus on the long-term health of his patients oral environment. He is a friendly, gentle and patient professional, who treats all his patients with the utmost care.

Born and bred in Melbourne, Victoria, Dr Phung has worked in both public and private practices around Melbourne for over 14 years. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science, then worked at the Monash Medical Centre in his first year out where he gained increased experience in working with medically compromised patients.

He has since completed further study and completed the Primary Examinations towards the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Having great passion for his work, he constantly continues to update his knowledge and skills with further education and training. He has also previously volunteered for humanitarian causes such as Project Boomerang, assisting in the treatment of children with cleft lip and palate in Vietnam. Dr Phung is also a member of the Australian Dental Association.

In his spare time, Kim enjoys playing guitar, swimming and travelling.
