Today I’d like to talk to you about Accreditation.

eDentistry Wantirna is an Accredited Practice.  This means we’re regularly assessed by an external body to ensure that we comply with industry standards at all times. It’s necessary for an Accredited Practice to meet very stringent requirements including quality assurance, safety, ethical behaviour, to name just a few, and to be able to maintain this high standard to retain their Accreditation.

We’re very proud of achieving our Accreditation and want our patients to know that, at all times, the team at eDentistry Wantirna is always considering the safety of our patients and the quality of our work. Accreditation offers our patients peace of mind knowing that every decision we make is made with care, respect and with a view of educating our patients. Not only do we comply to these high standards of safety, infection control, privacy and quality of treatment, but we also pride ourselves on supporting our patients in every way possible. We value your feedback, both good and bad, in the hope of making ongoing improvements to our Practice.  We strive to maintain a Practice where both our patients and our staff feel both safe and valued and want you to know that we have all the necessary systems in place to be able to do this.
